Terms & Conditions for Conference Packages

Our conference packages are available only with the services described in each offer. Extras are charged according to our price list.
The following requirements apply:
- Room München (237 sq ft): minimum 6 participants
- Room Europa (495 sq ft): minimum 12 participants
For fewer participants, conference services will be charged according to our price list.
Cancellations are subject to a minimum cancellation fee in the amount of the respective room fee, if the room cannot be rented out again. For short-notice cancellations, additional cancellation fees may apply as specified in our Terms & Conditions for Events.
This offers are made on the basis of our Terms & Conditions for Events.
